If you previously had active operating authority and it's been "Inactive" less then one year, you need to reinstate the authority due to revocation. If less then 1 year you do not have to pay the full authority price ($300) .We can assist you in obtaining active status. You can normally expect the reinstatement to take 2 to 5 days. If you are a freight broker you will also need to set up your surety bond and if you are a carrier you will need to set up your liability insurance (carriers that are moving companies will also need to set up cargo insurance).
