Any time a carrier or other regulated entity changes its name or address, or other details in their record, they must update their MC/ICC operating authority record with FMCSA in a timely manner. If you make updates to your MC operating authority you must also file the same changes with DOT under your MCS-150 report as a seperate filing. All carrier information must match on both sides at all times.
